"Bad first impression, but it worked out"
I used SP+ to find parking downtown, and the first impression wasn’t great. The lot I picked showed up like it would work, but when I got there it was already full, which was frustrating. I ended up finding another spot nearby, but it took extra time and kind of defeated the point of planning ahead. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I wouldn’t call it a smooth experience either.

I wasn’t really expecting much when I walked in, and at first I was kind of just ready to get in and out. But honestly? The staff completely changed my mood. They were professional, super nice, and made everything feel easy.

I got charged wrong after parking and figured it was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth things. I sent over the details, they got back to me quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. It wasn’t anything over the top, but it was handled properly without me having to keep chasing someone about it. that made a bigger difference than I expected.

I’ve used spplus.com a handful of times now, mostly for parking stuff, and so far the charge has matched what it showed me before I paid. I’m not sure how it is in every city or situation, but I haven’t had any surprise fees show up later. Didn’t have to call support or sort anything out after, which is all I wanted.

The website did work and I eventually found what I was looking for, but it felt a bit clunky. Pages were loading slowly, and of course it happened right when I was in a hurry, which made it way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Decent parking, but pricey sometimes"
I’ve used spplus.com a few times for parking, and overall it’s fine. Easy. Booking is straightforward, and I haven’t had any major issues with it. That said, the fees can feel a little steep for what you actually get. Some lots are in really convenient spots, but others are just kind of average and not the cleanest. Meh. I’d probably use it again if the location works well for me, but I definitely check other prices first now.

I wouldn’t bother with the valet next time. It took way too long for them to bring my car back, and when I asked what was going on, the staff didn’t seem to care much. My seat was adjusted in a weird way too, so the whole thing just felt kind of sloppy and not worth the extra fee

I’ve been using SP Plus for my monthly parking, and it’s been easier than I expected. I kind of assumed there’d be some annoying catch or random fee hiding somewhere, but so far everything has been straightforward. Setting up the account was simple, the payments just go through on their own, and the garage staff have been friendly when I’ve needed help. No real issues, which is basically all I’m looking for with parking.

"Works most days, but I don’t love dealing with support"
The access card is fine for the most part and usually opens the gate without any issue. There have been a few times where it just wouldn’t scan right, and I had to call for help, which is exactly the part I don’t trust to go smoothly. It’s not the worst thing ever, just really frustrating when you’re in a rush and have to rely on customer service to sort it out.

"EV charging was hit or miss"
I parked here assuming I’d be able to charge my car, but that didn’t really work out. Most of the EV spots were either already taken or the chargers weren’t working, which was frustrating after driving in specifically for that. I also didn’t see any clear info ahead of time about how many chargers were available or if they were actually functioning. As a regular parking spot it’s fine, but if you’re counting on charging your car, especially when your battery is getting low, I wouldn’t rely on it

"Shuttle came right on time"
The shuttle showed up right when it was supposed to, and it always feels reliable. I dont have to stress about waiting around.
